Roast Chicken Pita Pocket with Chutney Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 Mission Wholemeal Pitas
  • 300 gm Roast chicken meat, sliced
  • 150 gm Cream cheese
  • ½ bottle Mango spice chutney
  • 3 tbsp Fresh coriander, chopped
  • ½ Onion, chopped
  • 1 Red chillies, chopped
  • Some Green lettuce leaves
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

 

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with the mango chutney to attain a smooth consistency.
  2. Add coriander, onions and red chillies to the mixture and mix well.
  3. Heat Mission Wholemeal Pitas as per instruction on pack.
  4. Cut pitas into half and spread the cream cheese filling evenly on the inside of the pita pockets.
  5. Line the pita pockets with lettuce and tomatoes then proceed to add slices of roast chicken.
