Ingredients

  • Mission Plain Pizza Crusts
  • 200 gm Prawns
  • 200 gm Red snapper fillet
  • 150 gm Calamari, sliced
  • ½ cup Tomato paste (store bought)
  • 10 Green olives, pitted
  • 4 tbsp Capers
  • ½ cup Parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Dry oregano
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

 

  1. Spread tomato paste evenly on Mission Pizza Crusts.
  2. Arrange prawns, red snapper fillet, calamari evenly on the pizza along with olives, capers, parsley and season with chilli flakes, oregano and salt.
  3. Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese.
  4. Preheat oven to 180°C and bake pizza for approx. 15 mins. Serve hot.
