Ingredients

  • 4 Mission Potato Wraps  8”
  • 2 x 500gm chicken fillets grilled and sliced
  • 1 cup cooked steamed rice
  • 3 spring onions, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • spinach leaves
  • Mayonnaise
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

 

1. Warm wraps in a dry frying pan. Place wrap on a working surface.

2. Spread mayonnaise on the wrap. Place chicken, rice, spring onions and tomatoes in the centre of each wrap.

3. Top with spinach and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

4. Roll up firmly to enclose filling. Cut in half.
