Ingredients

  • 4 Mission Original Wraps
  • 2 tbls vegetable oil 
  • 6 shallots, finely sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 6g belacan (shrimp paste) 

Instructions

 

1. Heat the oil on med high heat. Saute shallots, garlic, shrimp paste and chilli paste. Add the prawns and stir until prawns are cooked. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Gently warm both sides of wrap in a dry frying pan.

3. Divide the ingredients between the 4 wraps, placing along the centre of the wraps.

4. Roll up and cut in half.
