Ingredients

  • 2 Mission Onion & Chive Wraps
  • 1 Smoked duck breast fillet
  • 1 Orange segmented
  • 6 Butter lettuce leaves
  • Oil for deep frying

 Sauce:

  • 1tsp Sugar
  • 1tsp White wine vinegar
  • 50ml Water
  • Juice of ½ orange
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Crushed black pepper
  • ½ tsp Chicken stock powder, mixed in water

Instructions

1. Place sauce ingredients into a small saucepan and cook until mixture thickens

2. Deep fry smoked duck until the skin is crispy and golden. Cut the duck into slices

3.Cut Mission Onion & Chive wraps into halves. Arrange butter lettuce leaves on top of wrap halves, place duck slices and orange segments on top of butter lettuce. Roll the wrap halves into a cone shape. Pour hot sauce into the roll and serve while hot
