1.Blend half the mango into a puree and mix well with mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, freshly ground pepper and salt to taste, then set aside. Place remaining mango cubes to one side for serving
2.Dry fry Mission wraps for approximately 60 seconds on each side or until warm. Place Mission wraps on a work surface and cut in half
3.Place a cooked prawn, cherry tomato, mango cubes and 2 leaves of butter lettuce along the centre of the wrap. Spoon a little mango mayonnaise on top then fold it up, firstly from the bottom and then fold in both sides. Repeat the process with the remaining wraps and serve with Thousand Island dressing and chilli sauce
