Ingredients

  • 2 Mission Original Wraps
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Shallot, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 50g Minced chicken
  • ¼ Jicama, julienned
  • ¼ Carrot, julienned
  • 1 tbsp Dried shrimps
  • 1 Spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Spring onion, thinly sliced, extra for garnish

 Seasonings:

  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Light soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp Chicken stock powder
  • 1 tbsp Water

Instructions

1.Heat oil in frying pan and sauté shallot and garlic until fragrant. Add minced chicken and sauté until cooked

2.Add jicama, carrot, dried shrimps, spring onion, combine with seasoning ingredients and cook for approximately 5 minutes or until glossy

3.Heat wraps in a frying pan until just golden. Spoon filling on Mission wrap, fold front edge over filling and roll up tightly
