  • 2 Mission Onion & Chive Wraps

  • 1 tbsp Oil

  • 1 Onion, sliced

  • ½ Green bell pepper, sliced

  • 50g Buffalo mozzarella cheese

  • 10g Parmesan cheese, shaved

  • 4 Chive stems, finely chopped

  • 1 Tomato, finely sliced

  • ¼ tsp Salt

  • ¼ tsp Crushed black pepper

  • Step 1

    Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté onion, bell pepper and chives until fragrant. Add seasoning to taste and set aside

  • Step 2

    Place Mission wraps on a work surface. Spread onion and chive mixture evenly on half of each wrap, top with buffalo mozzarella cheese and sliced tomato. Fold the wraps in half into half-moon shape

  • Step 3

    Heat a pan, place wraps onto the pan and fry until cheese melts. Cut each into 2-4 pieces and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve hot
