  • 4 Mission Potato Wraps

  • 300 gm Mutton, minced

  • 4 Potatoes, cut into tiny cubes

  • 1 Carrot, cut into tiny cubes

  • 1 cup Green peas

  • 1 Onion, chopped

  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp Ginger, minced

  • 6 tbsp Meat curry powder

  • ½ cup Fresh coriander, chopped

  • 4 tbsp Butter

  • Salt and sugar, to taste

  • Some Salad leaves

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Heat butter in a pan and fry the onions, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

  • Step 2

    Add mutton, curry powder and continue frying until fragrant and well mixed.

  • Step 3

    Add potatoes, carrots and just enough water to cover mutton and allow it to simmer for approx. 15 to 20 mins until the vegetables are tender.

  • Step 4

    Add green peas and coriander leaves and season them well with salt and sugar.

  • Step 5

    Place some salad leaves on Mission Potato Wraps then spread the mutton curry evenly. Roll up to serve.
