  • 4 Mission Wholemeal Pitas

  • 300 gm Roast chicken meat, sliced

  • 150 gm Cream cheese

  • ½ bottle Mango spice chutney

  • 3 tbsp Fresh coriander, chopped

  • ½ Onion, chopped

  • 1 Red chillies, chopped

  • Some Green lettuce leaves

  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped

  • Step 1

    In a bowl, mix cream cheese with the mango chutney to attain a smooth consistency.

  • Step 2

    Add coriander, onions and red chillies to the mixture and mix well.

  • Step 3

    Heat Mission Wholemeal Pitas as per instruction on pack.

  • Step 4

    Cut pitas into half and spread the cream cheese filling evenly on the inside of the pita pockets.

  • Step 5

    Line the pita pockets with lettuce and tomatoes then proceed to add slices of roast chicken.
